Mid-day Power Movement

Simple moments like these are the ones that allow you to step back into nature. 


Key thing here is to just breathe as you move and to feel the ground beneath your feet, that's it. 


Mind other distractions; wind, noise, people, animals, etc. and react appropriately, as they are part of your surroundings. You're no longer in the yoga studio. 


The focus here isn't the flow, but your presence and attention.
