Barcode Fitness - Small Group Training

Live near Sunset Beach in Orange County? 


Meet us on the beach behind Fit Bar Super Food Café Saturday mornings for some breathwork, movement, and recovery. 


Small Group classes are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at 7:00 AM. Bring a towel and some water. (dress in layers and shed as you warm up in the winter months)

Breathe

Don't forget, your heart is your most important muscle. A conditioned heart not only leads to a longer and healthier life, but it also provides the essential and necessary base to tackle any activity in front of you. With efficient breath and function comes stamina.

Movement

While breathwork and stamina will get you through most situations. Incorporating conscious movement will allow you to create the proper barrier necessary to leave yourself less prone to injury and to reinforce your structure. Remember our body is our fortress and we must protect the flame inside.

Recovery

When you're in-tune with your breath and have created an adequate foundation with your movements, you're ready to properly recover. 

Full Body Circuit Routine

Grab a set of Dumbbells and get after it with this fast paced full body circuit bound to make you sweat after 1 round. 


10 exercises, 1 minute on, 15 seconds off, 2 min rest, repeat for 3 ROUNDS.
